The UNHRC resolution today marked a failure in the UN (United Nations) system. A tiny genocidal regime, Sri Lanka, cleverly used geopolitics in order to escape or delay justice. After 12 years since thousands of Tamils killed and the Tamil Eelam government destroyed by genocidal Sri Lanka, UNHRC passed yet another resolution that still called for evidence collection. The resolution 30/1 in 2015 called for a hybrid judicial mechanism but the implementation of it was postponed 3 times for the last 6 years. In 2015, Nothern Provincial Council (NPC) unanimously passed a resolution called UN to act on Sri Lanka's genocide against Tamils. தமிழர்களுக்கு சோழ மன்னரின் ஆட்சிக்கு பின்னர் ஒரு மாவீரனாக விடுதலை வீரனாக சிறந்த தலைவராக மேதகு என்று பெயருக்கு பொருத்தமான தமிழ் தலைவர் பிரபாகரன். பிரிட்டிஷ் காரர் ஈழம் வருமுன்னர் தமிழ் சிங்களம் என மன்னராச்சி முறை இருந்தது. பிரிட்டிஸ்காரர் அதை இணைத்து சிலோன் என்று பெயரிட்டு ஆண்டனர். பின்னர் 1948 இல் அவர்கள் செல்லும் போது தமிழருக்கு ஆட்சி  உரிமைகளை கொடுக்காமல் பெரும்பான்மை சிங்களவரிடம் அதை விட்டு சென்றனர். பின்னர் சிங்களவர்கள் தமிழர் நிலங்களை ஆக்கிரமித்து தமிழருக்கு எதிரான இன அழிப்பிலும் ஈடு பட்டனர். முப்பது வருட கால அற வழி போராட்டங்கள் சிங்கள சிறிலங்கா  அரசால் வன்முறை கொண்டு அடக்கப்பட தமிழர்கள் வேறு வழியின்றி 1976 இல் தமிழீழம் எனும் தனிநாடு தான் தமக்கு தீர்வு என்று மக்களாட்சி முறையில் தீர்மானித்தனர். ஆனால் ஒரு படையை கட்டியெழுப்பும் வலு அவர்களுக்கு இருக்கவில்லை. பிரபாகரன் 1976 இல் தமிழீழ விடுதலை புலிகள் எனும் அமைப்பை நிறுவினார். ஆனால் 1983 இல் தமிழீழ விடுதலை புலிகளில் முப்பதிற்கும் குறைவா ன உறுப்பினர்களே இருந்தனர்.  பல தமிழ் ஆயுதக்குழுக்கள்...
