#TamilEelamHistory It seems European and Western governments bit upset about China taking a stronghold in South Asia. Well, those governments should look back on what they did during 2002 - 2007 Tamil Eelam peace talk time. USA's mistake and India's hate against Tamils is the big reason China is now there. Inevitably, SL and TE will go under China sooner than later. For Eelam Tamils, China may be better than Sri Lankan criminals, but they mostly still face further genocide as the Chinese will migrate to the south Sinhalese will move to the North.



Hon. Prabhakaran in this picture in the early 80s had only less than 30 members in Tamil Tiger (LTTE) movement. Even though Tamils democratically mandated to form an independent state Tamil Eelam, India used that for its advantage to push USA out of Eelam. In 80s, India was against USA. So, India armed many Tamil militant groups, many of those groups actually far bigger than LTTE at that time. The infight within these militant groups was further fueled by India's invasion in 1987 and making almost all militant groups as their paramilitary except LTTE and EROS. After all these heavy pushbacks, under the leadership of Hon. Prabhakaran, Tamil Tigers (LTTE) able to form Tamil Eelam State in 1990. After that, Tamil paramilitary groups that worked with the Indian military became paramilitary of genocidal Sri Lanka and there were only two sides Tamil Eelam military and Sri Lankan military. From 1990 to 2002, while fought against Sri Lanka's genocide, Tamil Eelam was built with the full structure of a modern government. In 2002, during peace talks with international facilitation, they proposed a federal based solution called ISGA in 2004. After the Tsunami, even former President Clinton praised Tamil Tigers for prompt disaster management. But, USA still showed their support to SL because USA didn't have any significant interest in that region underestimating China. India wanted Tamil Tigers to be eliminated and USA helped it to achieve that goal in 2009. India knew they can buy Tamil politicians easily and Tamil political party TNA was told that once LTTE is eliminated, they will get a government rule.

In 2009, Congress party India helped Sri Lanka's genocide and destroyed a young Tamil Eelam government that is much friendlier to the west and Europe. Now, ten years passed, China owns SL and maybe will own TE in the new future. BJP India may want to push China back but doesn't want to put its military to form a buffer zone Tamil Eelam. USA also a bit upset about China but doesn't want to put its military base either. Tamil Diaspora knows this situation but doesn't know how to harness some benefits out of it. After all, at least the history needs to be passed to the next generation.

The Introduction of the United States H.Res.413 Resolution and the Tamil Diaspora The United States of America and Tamil diaspora relationship may be entering into a new phase with the introduction of the H.Res.413 resolution. H.Res 413 is calling for an international mechanism for crimes committed in Sri Lanka and also acknowledges the traditional Tamil homeland.
